Go try on your old clothes. That should cheer you up. Always works for me. I agree that solid (soft) foods will improve your outlook greatly. I think you will see a big difference!

I am in a very difficult place right now emotionally;
I'm 6 weeks post-op today and will be starting soft foods tomorrow;
I wish I could eat a cookie; or a piece of cake- maybe some chips and salsa or a slice of pizza;
I've been following all of my dr.'s orders; though I rarely get all my Water and Protein in-
I just feel depressed...and I'm not sure why- overwhelmed and stressed; juggling the many hats I wear on a daily basis as well as changing my whole eating has put the cherry on top and I'm not in a good place right now...
Almost had a breakdown today :/
