So irritated!

Have done all my pre-op requirements done and now all they are waiting on is the proof of my hypertension from my primary MD. All it is is a simple fax and thy still haven't done it and it's been a week! I called them last week and promised to send it today. Of course they didn't . It's stressing me out! I need I get my surgery in 2013 so I can use my flex spending account money or I will lose it! Grrr

keep on calling them until its done or if you can go pick it up from the office and fax it yourself. Hope everything works out

  • Sqeaky wheel gets the oil. Bug them. Do you know why it hasn't been faxed? For example are they waiting for the surgeon to write up something?

  • Or better yet, go by there.
