Any october sleevers mine is scheduled 0ct. 15th

I'm a bit nervous but mostly excited. I was just curious does anybody know how long I would have to wait to start exercising hardcore? Like kick boxing and that sort of stuff. And another question would be is how long would I need to be away from work?

    Mine is 10/23. As far as exercising I think it depends on the person.

    Hi BC22- I'm also October 15th & there are several others on that day as well. There are also at least two other threads started for October Sleevers... There are a LOT of other people having surgery this month! I think that your surgeon will give you clearance for something like kickboxing after 3-4 months out if I'm not mistaken...
