Do you guys heat up your food before or after you mushy it?

usually before but it depends on what it is. it might be a food that needs to be cooked first like squash is hard so needs to be cooked before mushing. did you have something in mind?

Depends on food. Example, mash potatoes are prepared heated. Whereas beans would be mashed up than heated to consistent temperature. Sometimes the mashing part can be tedious to to warm afterwards seems ideal. But there's no rule, just whatever works :)

Sometimes I would reheat it since it gets cold so quickly. That is the one thing I find with my new band. By the time you cut everything up so small and take the necessary time to eat and wait between bites its cold....LOL....maybe that is the deterrent to eating it!
