Fiber Suppliments?

What do people use for Fiber suppliments. I was going to go to CVS after work today and pick up something to help get things moving (if you get my drift). The Fiber gummies looked like a good choice.

My brother bought be prune juice after surgery, but all the sugar and calories turn me off.

Before surgery, (sorry to be graphic) I went 3 times a day. After surgery, I'm lucky if I go once a day at all.

I had constipation issues long before I was banded. After surgery, I took MiraLax and sometimes Milk of Mag to get things moving. I tried the gummy fiber, but it did nothing. But I've noticed over the past few weeks, I'm more regular than I've EVER been. And I'm pretty sure it's from the Quest Protein bars. I love them! Now that they're helping me in the bathroom, I love them even more!! They've got 21 grams of protein, 17 grams of fiber, with around 190 calories. Here is a link. I get mine at the Vitamin Shoppe.....chocolate chip cookie dough. I don't know if they'll do the same for you, but I'm thrilled that they clearly kill two birds with one good tasting stone; lots of protein, and lots of fiber :-) They come in lots of flavors, but so far I love the cookie dough and the vanilla almond crunch. Just drink plenty of Water :)
