  • Gatorade is great, make sure its the G2, water with MIO, crystal light or sugar free Kool Aid, diet snapple, decaf tea. After a couple more days you should be able to add a little skim milk. Not much

2 1/2 weeks post-op and I enjoy very much Celestial Seasoning sleepy time tea, as well as propel, my nutritionist gave me book with everything i can drink and a sample menu, i have to drink every hour so i am never hungry...i am doing pretty well, 14 lbs so far.. I will start solids next week , the book also include a sample menu, very handy and informative.

Gatorade is great, make sure its the G2, water with MIO, crystal light or sugar free Kool Aid, diet snapple, decaf tea. After a couple more days you should be able to add a little skim milk. Not much though. Also, 100% fruit juice, apple or white grape.

I am feeling okay. The port is killing me. It feels like it is burning under my skin. Hard to stand and sit up because of it.
