The first 4-6 weeks post op should be to concentrate on healing, not losing. Once you're back on solid food and tracking calories it'll be much easier. Hang in there.

I wouldn't. I seem to remember that I gained post surgery. Jokingly said they must have packed with me ballast. But after time it fell off.

I am 3 weeks post op and was doing pretty good. In the past week, however, I have gained 4 pounds. I go next Friday to get my first fill. I am rather confused and frustrated. Not sure what I am doing wrong. thoughts??
