Over 50, but under 100 to go!

I officially have just under 100 lbs to go (98 to be exact), but I wanted to post here because "officially" I fall into this category now, and it made me feel good to think that I am no longer in the 100+ category. Just seeing the "50+" makes me feel good, lol. Gotta encourage my brain any way I can!

Hi Chow

I am doing very well thank you. I am on summer vacation so I am really trying to work out and exercise every single day. I strongly recommend taking measurements because although I have not lost very much weight this past month, I have lost several inches! I have also had a plastics consult for a tummy tuck and my arms, but I think I'm going to wait to get under 200 pounds. I'm really hoping I can get my insurance pay for the tummy tuck. Hope you are doing well.

I have been on a stall this last week, but finally broke 30 lbs lost...in just under 3 months.

Ok, I am really curious...can you tell us how much the arm surgery is going to cost? That's the one I think I need...my arms are my big problem spot.

How long did you have to wait to exercise after surgery?
