It was a good 6-8 weeks before my stomach could register a full feeling. Don't eat til you feel full, eat what you're supposed to. It may be a while before you actually feel 'full'. HW 312, pre-op

Measure and log your food intake. Follow your surgeon's and Nut. advice. All those nerve endings need time to heal. You won't feel much early out. It will take time to get used to the chaos.

I'm 2 weeks post op and started pureed foods. Today I ate 3/4 of a cup of pureed campbell's soup and still didn't get the full feeling..what gives?
