weight loss after 4 months

i have lost about 80 lbs in 4 months, i am glad, but now weight seems to have slowed. wouild like to know if others have same thing happening. just trying to see if i am on the same path as others. thanks

Everyone loses in their own time, you may want to start exercising or change up what you currently. Like if you are walking you might want to try a little jog ... something to get you breathing heavy and sweating. I have hit stalls and when I changed up foods and workouts I started losing again. But key is diet and exercise.
