Welcome to the stall! It happens. I don't lose anything for a week almost every month. You'll start losing again.

Thank you

that normal it will come down.

Try upping your calories and protein. I stall all the time but I am now getting anywhere from 70-100 grams a day and almost 1000 and been loosening like a lb a day the last two days. I am sure I will stall again. It seems to be a pattern with me. I'm almost 4 mos.

Totally normal! I'm 8 months post op and I have a stall every other week. .I guess its starting to slow down cause I'm closer to goal. .be patient. Eat right and exercise!

I'm having same issue I had surgery August 26th I'm down 24lbs and stuck! I walk everyday obviously can't eat and I'm stuck! I went to the extreme to lose and it's not going quick enough for me :-/
