Weird feeling

I am 5 months post, down 100 pounds.....when I eat I have a weird feeling in my stomach, sometimes it feels like it could be in my throat. It is kind of a toss between something feeling like it's a little caught up and almost a empty feeling. It's not particularly pleasant and lasts for quite a while sometimes without going away. Anyone else out there have any similar feelings? It's really my main complaint. Thx!

Are you chewing your food really well ? I get the same feeling.. Even now if I don't take small bites and chew the hell out of my food especially if its meat or another really dense Protein

I think I am, but I'm going to chew more! Your results are phenomenal! Congratulations. I hope to lose about 40 more pounds. My start was 305, and I'm at 205 right now. Thx for the response.

You're probably not thoroughly chewing your food. I always keep in mind and use the rule of thumb; Minimum 30 chews per mouthful.
