Help! I had surgery on August 26th, and I am having nausea when standing too long. I am not getting too much down and this morning I was trying to pour myself 2oz. Of Protein drink, but I was spitting up and urinating all at the same time. This happens every time. What can I do? I am now too scared to get up and walk around or to get up and take my meds. When does the nausea stop?..

Uhhhh, this doesn't sound "normal" to me BUT, you are only a few days out. You need to rest your body! I'm 3 months out and still battle nausea, but don't get discouraged!

You need to call your doctor!!! You might be dehydrated.

Update: Dr. called in nausea meds. Stopping the pain meds seemed to help too.
