Difficulties eating

Hey everyone, I am 4 1/2 wks post op and really have been doing great. Every food that I've tried has stayed down without any pain or problems. I went back to work this week and since doing so I have had horrible problems getting good and liquids down. Not sure if it is the stress of going back or what. Today I have only been able to eat 1/2 a scrambled egg and maybe get about 10 oz of fluid down. I can eat it but as soon as I start eating I have a lot of pain- no nausea or vomiting just uncomfortable pain. It's painful to drunk too. I thought I was over this stage but maybe not. Anyone else had this problem?? I'm worried about a structure.

I would call your doc. Since you are having issues drinking water you do not want to get dehydrated.

It never hurts to give ur dr a call. We have highs an lows but its summer and def increases the chances of dehydration alot quicker. Better to err on the safe side and ask ur dr.
