My surgery is sept 5, 2013. If any one can tell me

What they take for Protein and Vitamins that they like I'd greatly appreciate it. I hear Isopure isn't good. I don't know what to get:(

    I also like the syntrax nectars. I just got the cappuccino flavor and tried it yesterday. It was amazing! I also really like syntrax mint cookie.
