Calories

Are you guys counting calories? If you are, what do you average? And how far out are you?

I mostly count Protein but MFP throws out calories too, I probably average 900-1000 at 6 months post op. on rare occasion I've maxed about 1400 calories (traveling, eating out) and then I have days with 600-700 too.

Thanks. My focus was on protein too but my calories are going up now that I am able eat more so I was curious. Calorie counting has been so drilled in my head I just always keep an eye out on that.

I'm three mos out now and my doctor said to work towards 1000 calories a day. I'm getting about 850, which is up from a week ago.
