3 wks post op

So I haven't had my first one month Dr appt Yet. But looking forward to it to see how im doing and my weightloss. My first wk appt i lost 12lbs. Now it seem very slow. im wondering how long this will last?

I'm having the same problem....You have to ensure you meeting your goals for protein, water, and excercise. I have only lost 3 lbs in the last two weeks.

I hit my first stall the end of week 3 and am getting ready to be in week 6 and have just started back losing. It will happen. O did drop a size those 2 weeks even tho the scale stayed the same

I stalled for 5 days after week 1. Now I'm 3 weeks post op and have been losing again.
