Scared to eat!

I had my surgery Tuesday and came home yesterday. I've found that I'm afraid to eat. I'm afraid of getting too full. I don't feel hungry at all. I've had about 2 oz of cream of mushroom soup yesterday afternoon and am drinking some water this morning. I know I have to get hydrated or I'll end up back in the hospital. I'm scared I won't know when I'm full and then I'll get sick. Does anyone have any advise?

Measure everything ...when I came home it was jello cup which I couldn't even eat half , chicken broth , and oatmeal...I was only able to drink a cup of water for the whole day ...

Yep measure everything. You are on liquids. You won't necessarily get any kind of full feeling yet. No worries. Get to the protein and water goal. A little more each day!
