Help!

I have been feeling like crap today. I think I may have a virus or something because everything I attempt to eat comes back out! (Tmi) I was wondering I can drink a lil ginger ale to soothe my tummy?!? I'm only 3 months out..

Maybe ginger tea would be better. Or just some ice Water...I wouldn't drink anything carbonated. If you can't keep water down then call your doc before you get dehydrated. Feel better soon
