I was on liquids 2wks prior surgery. 2nd day in hospital I was given reg food and been eating regular food since!I have been feeling like crap today. I think I may have a virus or something because everything I attempt to eat comes back out! (Tmi) I was wondering I can drink a lil ginger ale to soothe my tummy?!? I'm only 3 months out..No don't have any excess skin that I can notice!It's been almost 3 months since my surgery and I have lost 50 pounds so far...Dr Salzberg did mine as well! She's the best! Hope all is well with you!Where do you get the unflavored powder from!?!I drove 2 days out. I didn't take any pain meds when I came home.The meetings I go to are the 2nd Thursday of the month.Hi, I'm from Suffolk Va. I had my surgery on 5-6-13. Dr Salzburg was my surgeon.
