See i too eat tacobell but only the inside like beef, lettuce, cheese.. nd sometimes ill have a pintos nd cheese which is just refried brans red sauce nd cheese lol. Haven't eaten bread or rice but love the baked sour cream nd chive potato from wendys. Other then that i had a sip of soda once in almost 5 months
  10. Can anyone be 100 and say they ate whatever they wanted and still lost weight??? Im 4 months post op and still eating soups nd soft foods... im tired, i wanna eat real food! Everyone is always talking about how they are following the diet nd what the dr said. Did anyone eat whatever and still llst it??????
