Problems with Cold beverages.

I love to drink everything ice cold, but since my surgery (gastric) it gives me light cramps in my pouch. Does anyone else have problems drinking cold beverages??

im five years post-op + still cannot tolerate cold beverages (or carbonation). my surgeon says it happens often, the cold/fizz + scar tissue of our pouches dont mix well :)

I prefer drinks room temp. People call me weird

I'm able to drink cold, hot, or room temp beverages, it doesn't matter, I'm so grateful.

I cannot tolerate iced beverages. I do much better with hot tea! When I drink anything too cold it's quite uncomfortable! I'm 15 mos post-op and it's been like this since surgery! Boo! :(
