You have to take your calcium at least 2 hours from your Iron (my multivitamin).

Here is my schedule:

9:30 am: multivitamin, calcium, B12

1:30 pm: calcium

5:30 pm: calcium, multivitamin

9:30 pm: Iron

Thanks, When do you eat?

I take a multivitamin, B1 & D when I wake up. Also B12 2x per week.

I am currently using the calcium wafers. I bring 4 to work and eat them throughout the day.

2nd multivitamin with dinner.

Chewable Iron at bedtime.

I take my thyroid pill before bed. It's the only time that the other things don't interfere with. :-)

Yep I take 2 a day. Plus one B12 and a Vitamin D. I also take one cranberry pill a day but that's my personal choice.
