Food

Tomorrow will be my 1 month post op RYN. I'm still having a problem keeping food down. Any suggestions to what I should eat?

At your stage I was tentatively trying soft foods....eggs, ground meat, soup, etc. lots of yogurt and reduced fat cheese.

Definitely start with soft foods, you are being re-introduced to foods, so take it slow

congrats and good luck on your journey:)

I would talk with your doc and get some meds to help you. I was just like you and thought it was normal. It's not and there are meds that can help you out. I ended up taking phenergen, zofran, and had the scapolimene patch.
