Stalled

Hey all,

Seems I've hit another stall. :/ no matter what I do, my weight won't move! I'm working out daily and tracking every bite of food in my mouth. I'm a little discouraged... Any advice would be great.

Have you try to replace one meal with a Protein or Vitamin shake?

I have stalled several times, I change up my work outs by either increasing the time and/or intensity. When we exercise its good to keep on challenging your body because you get use to doing the same thing and you won't burn as many calories as when you first did. I also wear a heart rate monitor so I can keep my heart rate in the fat burning zone throughout my work out.

I also vary my calories. On more active days I try really hard to get as many calories and as much protein as possible. On less active ones I focus on protein but not nearly as much. I also try to have calories in everything that goes into my body.
