Post op problems

I had lap surg 7-22. Had major issues that day with nausea. Can't get comfortable to sleep I wake up feeling like everything has been smushed and usually in a cold sweat. No fever or anything else. Any idea on how to sleep. Or get rid of excess gas? I've been walking a lot.

    Sleep belly up cuz since the cuts were on your tummy it will be uncomfortable . Take your pain meds if you still have pain. All I can say it gets easier after the 1st week
