hungry!

So I'm a week out today. And I can't ignore the feeling of wanting to put food in my mouth and chew :( I feel like I'm hungry, but I know I'm not. And tips on how to over come this evil?

Do you (or any 'long termer') get full after the initial phase?

I'm 4 months out. I eat slowly and would describe my full feeling less as feeling full and more as just not wanting to eat more. You'll get used to ball parking how much you can eat at a meal.

Try using frozen ice pack or bag of frozen vegetables to soothe that pains its been working for me

Thanks!
