Weight loss and excercise

So my surgery date was May 28, 2013. My pre surgery weight was 254, my current weight is 213! I'm excited about the 41 pound weight loss but I don't see a difference and I'm always hungry!!!! I'm still on a restricted diet and just literally got released to exercise but I have no energy to do it!!! Just looking for help and or advice!!!

I had my surgery on May 7th and I started working out a few weeks ago. I tried going back about 2 weeks after surgery because I was cleared and boy was that a mistake. I had to wait a while before I was able to do anything....even walking would take it out of me. I started taking my vitamins regularly and increased my protein (Premier Protein from Costco has 30gms each which is a good amount). I would say just try a little at a time each day and soon you will be doing everything you ever wanted. I never thought that I would be using the elliptical but I have. I do that 3 days a week with weight training. I also do water aerobics twice a week. On the weekends I usually hike somewhere on Saturdays and leave Sundays for rest is I choose. Your energy will come back soon but remember you had major surgery and it takes time for our bodies to heal. I hope this helps :)
