Any suggestion on hair loss, i can't drink protein shake i get sick..help going bald

Hair and Nails, capsules sold at Wal-Mart and GNC. Zinc is supposed to avoid hair loss, they were too much for my pouch, I could not tolerate zinc, but HAIR & NAILS have been working fine.

You've got to get your protein in to avoid further loss. Biotin,zinc, etc. help, but the stress of the surgery and protein deficiency are the biggest culprits in hair loss.

I really really hope you are getting all the protein you are required to get. Don't know how far out from surgery you are, but if you are not getting your protein your hair loss will not be your only problem. Get Biotin, but even with that you still are going to have some hair loss, but it seems to help excalate new hair growth also. Started taking it about six weeks before I had my band removed, and I'm two months out. Just starting to lose a little hair but not like I did when I had the band placed and I wasn't taking Biotin.
