Nauseated

I have felt so sick all day today. Between feeling constipated and nauseated. Not sure what is worse. I have barely eaten anything. I did manage six cups of Fluid. I am 4.5 weeks out. Anyone else feeling this way?

Have you recently added foods? The only time I've gotten sick was when I started soft foods. I added too many foods too quickly. Also, a good dose of miralax or milk of mag. might really help.

I randomly got nauseated frequently for the first 8-10 weeks. Also for that same time period if I need to poo or was about to poo i would be queasy for HOURS. It was highly weird that my gotta have a BMnsignal was feeling like I was going to puke. Thank goodness that resolved. I do get random nausea once in a while now but it's more like once a week instead of daily. Feel well soon!!!
