drink lots of water and walk, walk, walk to get all that gas out and of course rest and heal !!! Good luck

Rest as much as possible. I tried to go back to normal too soon and I paid for it. Now I am good but rest, water, and more rest is the key to being successful.

Thank you all for tips it's really helpful, my nutritionist said I have to walk for half hour or more for 7 days do hopefully am up for it.
