Liquid diet support

I'm on the 7th day of a 4 week liquid diet, let me tell you it's been crazy hard, one thing that has helped is chicken both. And sleeping if you can in the morning so you skip the first two shakes, then you get extra shakes in the day;) what is everyone else doing to cope?

I drank eas advantage shakes...seven shákes a day...it helped to space them out. Not everyone has a choice, though. I also drank v-8 with my nutritionist 's approval.

I did a four week liquid preop too. It was brutal! I drank one shake every three hours (five a day). It is the hardest part. I am three weeks post surgery tomorrow and this has been way easier because I am never hungry. I have to tell myself to eat. Hang in there! !
