Burning like acid

So I had GB about a week ago. Ever since Saturday, I am having this burning or acid feeling in my throat. I am not sure why or what it is. Neither does the NP I asked today. She said to give it a few more days. Anyone else have that feeling post op? I am taking Pepcid too, so I don't think it's a reflux issue, but I never had that before so maybe it is??? Does it mean I am full??

Sounds like temporary reflux, it happens.

I think I had the same thing. I'm just two weeks out, as of today, but for that first week I kept experiencing a nasty taste and the feeling of something coming back up the back of my throat. I'd never had acid reflux before, but I assume that's what it was. My stopped on its own.

It might mean that you are full' date=' when dies it happen compared to when yyou eat?[/quote']

It seems like it happens all day. The first couple days I would stop eating and it would go away after an hour or two. But yesterday it was constant all day long, even if I stopped eating for a few hours.
