Hey all.. I know everyone is different and out nuts recommend different amounts. I'm trying to find a baseline for calories for peeps that are 8 months post op..I average around 1200-1500 calories a day and surprisingly have been tolerating. I'm a bit nervous about that much.. Is anyone else tolerating this amount too?
