I'm having a problem with milk now. I throw up every time I drink it and it just started about a month ago. Am I becoming lactose intolerant at 7 months out? Anyone else experence this? I hear it happening right after surgery but this has surprised me if it's happening now.

Yep I am now lactose intolerant. No milk for me I'm living off almond and soy milk

That happening to me too right after my surgery I'm 2 months post-op.

I drink lactaid now.

MY BF had this happen a few months out as well. I try to drink some everyday to keep it in my system. However, I do drink SF vanilla almond milk.
