New here.

I am so glad I found this site. My surgery date was 7 June 2013. Highest weight 267? Surgery weight 245. Current weight 230. No problems with pain just tired. I love how I have to remind myself to eat. Not getting enough protein yet. Hate every protein shake cause I got so sick of sweet stuff on the liquid diet. Going to try and add some protein powder to my cream of wheat and oatmeal. Any other suggestions? I'm on the soft food stage. Thanks for being here!

Welcome and congrats on your surgery.

Welcome! I'm with you on the sweet stuff. I use either unjury or nectar unflavored in vitamin water.@
