I set a goal for myself to lose 30 pounds before surgery. As of 6/17/13, I've lost 22 lbs! No liquid diet!

I'm just so proud of myself. I've never lost more than 15lbs in my life. So happy I can't wait for insurance approval. (Been waiting since end of May.)

I know how HARD that is so all the credit to you. I also set a goal and I hit it day of surgery 30lbs down from start to finish.... Just in the nick of time!!!!
