hiii! did everyone's preop diet include chicken and salads?

I have not started mine yet but it will be liquids

Nope. Protein shakes and clear sf liquids only. Everyones different though.

I had two protein shakes, and a low fat, low carb, high protein meal.

Mine was included grilled chicken & salads as well as veggies & Protein shakes

Nope liquids and the last few days before surg was Clear Liquids

Protein shakes plus sugar free/calorie free liquids (I could have pickles the first week but strictly liquids the second week). Clear liquids the day before surgery.
