I'm getting bummed... My scale hasn't moved in over a week!! Worried I'm doing something wrong...

Mine didn't move for three weeks then finally moved again.

I will be so happy when I finally hit under 200. I haven't weighed myself for two weeks but planning on doing so by Friday. I'm hoping to be down to 315...that will make so happy!

Is it wrong that it brought me joy today when a child in my class said "My mom is bigger than you. You're skinnier than her."

Your body has to take time to catch up. Be patient. It will drop again soon.

I try to only weigh in the morning. I should go to once per week, but that's too difficult!

I stalled for 3 weeks BUT what I realized when I took my measurements is that I lost 2 inches in my waist during that time. The scale is one of several measurements of your success! Stick to the plan! Your doing great!

I am so nauseated all of sudden. Over only had my protein shake so far today. I took a New sub lingual b-12 pill. I'm wondering now if that may be the culprit. Any one else have problems with b-12 quick dissolve sub lingual pills
