Nut

I've been holding at the same weight for over a month. Talked to my nut and she said my pouch should be restricting me and it may not be... What?!?? Am I easy here? Yes i go per my calories about 1000 a day. I do 2 protein shakes a day and a meal. I don't do sugar etc. so why a stall? She said I still should be losing up to 12 Months post op and I'm only 6.. And i should be on solider foods... What am I doing wrong?

Side note...I are a whole 4-6 oz cheeseburger..and didn't get sick! Now I'm really worried my pouch is malfunctioning

Maybe u need to switch it up. Start eating meat protein, beans, fruits and veggies all day. Throw in some exercise or switch up what your doing.

I agree with Elle.

I've read from other members that the pouch can get very comfortable with only one type of diet regularly and that's when you bump into stalls.

Maybe as Elle suggested, mix it up a bit and do not eat the same foods every day. Kind of take your pouch by surprise and give it something new to work on.

I highly doubt your pouch is malfunctioning. From what I read, that happens when something medically wrong is going on.
