6 weeks post op

Help I'm six weeks since my surgery and I feel I'm going backwards with eating. I only eat soups and Wendy's chili and now I'm starting to get nauseous and puke it up! Water stays down along with vitamins and pills. Getting so discouraged!

    Make sure you eat REALLY slowly and CHEW, CHEW, CHEW!!! eating too fast can also cause the puke.

    Had my first 'oops' tonight. Ate two fast and fought nausea for a while - not a pleasant feeling. Lesson learned.

    Just got a scope done found out I had a stricture, almost closed all the way! Lets hope this is it
