Whats for breakfast?

Hi. So I'm slowly starting to conquer my nausea but I'm really struggling with breakfast. It seems no matter what I eat I either A) throw it up or B) it makes me nauseated for hours. I can't stomach protein powder at all. I'm just trying to figure out some ideas for breakfast. Anyone have suggestions? What do you eat?

I was like that in the beginning and because I would not/could not eat my weight loss stalled. There were times I literally felt I was gonna puke with each bite but I suffered through it and layed down after until I felt ok. That lasted a little while then I was okay now I can eat

Try simple things like broth or creamy Soups. You have to get something in. Try mash potatoes or veggies you cook until they are super soft.

This will pass... Hang in there :)
