Feb. before & after pics

Hi everyone just wanted to see how everyone is progressing. Soiwill start it.

Sd 2/19/12, Hw198. Cw150. 13wks post op.

Issues: hate Protein shakes, so struggling to get it all in. :-(

hair loss of course has started, so forcing the protein in!!!!
