Question about getting sick 6mos out

Hi all! I'm new to the board. 6 mos out and have had great success. 90 lbs down.

Still having issues with getting sick about once a week. I had an egg last night and vomited. Just had a few bites of a mandarin orange and got sick. I eat very healthy food and I'm so frustrated that I can still get sick.

Is this normal? Anyone else still vomit?

I am 11 months out and vomit every once in a while. I can't not find a reason as to why I get sick.

One of my theories is that my pouch has PMS about once a month.

I'm just about 6 months out an I do this every now and then. One food will agree with me one day and next it won't. I'm still playing around with foods to see which ones I'm ok with and which ones are a toss up. That way if I'm out that I know to stay away from it. Fruits seems to be my main food that's always different when I eat it.
