  1. Great advice from all of you! Thank you so much. I'll monitor the next few weeks, make some changes to my diet/protein and exercise and then go from there. It might be time for me to adjust to the maintenance mode. I'm certainly happy with how I look and feel, but I was concerned about gaining weight and wanted to lose as much as possible. I've heard our bodies will lose and then gain back 10 or so pounds before we maintain. Again, big thanks!
  2. I'm 9mos post op and experiencing my first stale. Here are the facts: Down to 150lbs from 250lbs Want to lose 10 more lbs 70 grams of Protein a day Log everything in mfp Run and/or work out 3 to 4 days a week Could do better at Water intake Take my Vitamins 1,000 to 1,200 calories a day Any other ideas on what to change? I would be happy with a half pound to a pound a week. Thanks!
  3. Hi all! I'm new to the board. 6 mos out and have had great success. 90 lbs down. Still having issues with getting sick about once a week. I had an egg last night and vomited. Just had a few bites of a mandarin orange and got sick. I eat very healthy food and I'm so frustrated that I can still get sick. Is this normal? Anyone else still vomit?
