Condoments

I was wondering if there's any condiments I am able to use. I have the ok to eat turkey burgers chewed well. I don't prefer them plain I need some flavor. Is there anything I can put on it that would be ok.

    I've used ketchup, mayo (light) and salsa without any problems.
