So I looked at this vitamin' date=' and it looks like it has everything I am supposed to take; B12, Iron, D3, and calcium. So if I took one of these a day, it replaces all of the other pills I am taking?? Am I getting enough of everything then??[/quote']

The only other things I add is B-12 and calcium citrate. The iron in these are a little higher. So my nutritionist told me not to take additional iron.
