Random/Weird question

Alright, I've lost 49lbs since 2/28 and right now I have this weird feeling in my abdomen section when I bend over...like there's a big ball there or something. Is that the feeling of just fat being in the way or is it my original stomach that's in there haha. Idk how else to explain it...

Is it like under the skin?

Yeah like the feeling is in my stomach area. It doesn't hurt or anything its just an awkward feeking.

I had little knots like that. They told me they are like fatty tumors, they happen because of the quick loss of fat. My surgeon said they aren't anything of concern until the weight loss is over and they are still there. Mine have gone away for the most part. Some were pretty large and some smaller.
