Motivation reminders

Hi everyone. I've been MIA for a while now. My mother in law was diagnosed with cancer feb 8th and died 2 weeks ago. Been a crazy time. During all this, I feel like I'm slipping. I have fibromyalgia and with stress causes huge flare ups. My first episode since surgery. DOS 1/14/13. Hurt my back, then it was mending and she died and next day I blew it out again, mending then broke my toe day of funeral. So it's been like a month without a workout!! I haven't gained anything, but I'm snacking. Trying new things (like a frosted animal cookies) stupid stuff I shouldn't do.

I need some motivation and reminders of what to eat. Anyone wanna be my support buddy??

I am sorry for your loss.

We all slip up and fall into bad habits.

So journal your food and feelings and get back on tract with protein water and distraction when you feel the need to find comfort in food.

I too have fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis.

Can u go to the a ymca for water arobics or just to swim around.

Remember God is always up 24/7.

You got this!
