9 Days Post Op, question on Exercise

My Surgeon told me Tuesday I can start exercise moderately, like Treadmill, Exercise Bike, but no Aerobics yet, he said I can do light hand weights. I have 3 pound dumbbells and was wondering if anybody has good exercises for Fat, Flabby Underarms, they are gross, is there a good exercise for that, not that would interfere with my stomach healing? I appreciate your thoughts and ideas. Thanks

Start out light and if something does not feel right stop. I was cleared for exercise 4 wks. post op. Look on line there are tons of arm exercises you can do. I always lifted with dumb bell weights, but since I have a bad neck I switched to the band and they work great on resistance.
